Q: I ordered a layout, but didn't get a reply. What's wrong?
A: You need to enter a password into the Miscellaneous-box that can be found in the text above the order form. If you don't enter the password I get the idea you didn't read the terms carefully and therefore I'll not inform you about this and delete it.

Q: Why did you remove my linkage button/ link?
A: It's because your website isn't available anymore or hasn't been updated for a long time. I understand if you don't have much spare time, but it's not surcharged to expect a short comment to your visitors.
